Online Ordering
Pickup and Order Responsibility
Our website allows you to place an order for pickup at our physical location. It is your sole responsibility to select the correct pickup time and date for the current business day. Peewee's Ice Cream and More is not liable for any errors or mistakes made by the customer when placing an order, including but not limited to incorrect items, quantities, or pickup times.
Order Finality and Payment
All prices listed on our website are final. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount due upon pickup at our store. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion.
Unclaimed Orders
Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders that are not picked up within 30 minutes of the specified pickup time will be discarded. You will still be responsible for the full payment of the order, even if it is discarded. No refunds or credits will be issued for unclaimed orders.
